Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Securely

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the invoice is included inside the box.

  Pickup & Inspection

  Our courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep, and our quality control team will inspect the items upon arrival at our warehouse.

  Refund Processing

  Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
